We Are Your People isn't just for music and publicity tours. We can also bring our thorough and unique style to your film or television shoot(s).

An on-location shoot requires a team of experts to handle the management, movement, and comfort of people. A disorganized shoot is likely to run over budget, or burn overtime money if it ends up needing extra days. Protect your investment by letting us do what we do best.

On-site and remote services include:

• Arrange everybody's flights and travel to and from the locations.
• Coordinating hotels for everybody.
• Organize everybody's calls so that they are in the right place at the right time for makeup, wardrobe, shooting, etc...
• Coordinate any transportation the cast and crew need around the area.
• Coordinate any security you might need.
• Coordinate catering to make sure that everybody has appropriate meals at appropriate times.
• Take care of rider fulfilment... if anybody is giving you a rider, we need to make sure that they're getting what they need when they expect it.
• Coordinate trailers the right number of trailers to be in the right locations for the right number of days.
• Coordinate anything social for the group. If people want to go bowling for the night, we can work that out.
• Do all the budgeting and accounting including dispensing any petty cash that may need to be used.
• Handle any emergencies. We're not doctors, but we can herd cats. If you need to hire an on-site medic for your shoot (especially for insurance purposes), we've got those people too.
