We were the tour and road management company for the movie premiere tour of Tucker Max's "I Hope They Serve Beer In Hell."

This tour ran through August and September 2009. Our work included:
  • Tour budgeting and revisions.
  • Total tour accounting including to-the-penny records of perdiems, transportation expenses, and all inflows and outflows.
  • All travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tour bus, and a variety of last minute changes.
  • Advancing each venue.
  • Research, sourcing, and purchase of gear such as two-way radios and a portable sound system.
  • Everything that needs to be done to get the group and their equipment in and out of Canada, which was so ugly they chose to mostly skip Canada.
  • Coordinating interviews at each destination.
  • Advancing each event and hotel stay.
  • Designing and handing out VIP/backstage laminates.
  • Printed day sheets summarizing the tour movements, lodging, and event details.
  • Arranging meals and finding food.
  • Working with the movie production company, lawyers, and anybody else we can deal with to reduce client stress.
